BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE/FRANCHISE EXECUTIVE
Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in catering sales, F&B operations, franchise, or retail management.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in catering sales, event management, business development, and operations.
Strong understanding of franchise models, P&L management, contract management, and brand compliance.
Ability to manage high-volume catering sales and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of the Korean language will be an added advantage.
Experience & Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales channels.
- Develop existing accounts and generate new catering business through lead generation and marketing activities.
- Handle booking, selling, planning, and coordination of catering, special, and social events while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide hands‑on, on‑site support during catering events when required.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, securing repeat business, and maintaining service quality.
- Conduct catering sales presentations, sales calls, and client meetings.
- Plan menus and work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Halal Department, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Manage stock control, budgeting, and basic financial planning related to catering operations.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Department on supplier‑related matters.
- Discuss, negotiate, and manage catering and franchise contract requirements with customers and partners.
- Develop franchise expansion strategies and identify potential franchise partners.
- Lead franchise recruitment, evaluation, interviews, onboarding, and compliance processes.
- Monitor franchise outlets’ operational and financial performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with KyoChon SOPs, brand standards, food safety, and service quality.
- Provide continuous support, guidance, and coaching to franchise partners.
- Prepare performance reports and improvement plans for catering and franchise operations.
- Promote and sell catering products, services, and franchise opportunities while upholding brand integrity.
