Support and assist in executing projects across MRCB’s digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, objectives while delivering within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating among cross‑functional teams, engaging external technology partners, applying project management frameworks, management of IT Governance, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Planning, implementation, tracking, completion of assigned projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time as well as within budget
- Apply project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project outcomes
- Assess potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Apply effective tracking methods to manage project budgets and resources while maintaining delivery quality
- Provide regular project updates and reports to teams, stakeholders as well as senior management
- Drive process improvement initiatives based on lessons learned
- Assist in developing and updating project management documentation, including frameworks, SOPs, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with MRCB’s group policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in project execution
- Undertake ad‑hoc assignments/tasks/projects as assigned by management and ensure their completion
- Support the management of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
- CAPM/APM/Project+/CSM/PRINCE2/CPMP certification is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
- Experience in managing complex, high‑impact projects in a cross‑functional environment
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external technology partners
- Understanding of IT governance, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL), and risk management practices
- Experience in monitoring budgets, resources, and delivery quality to ensure projects meet agreed timelines
- Strategic and result‑oriented, ensuring projects remain fully aligned with objectives
- Organized with strong governance and tracking skill
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and impact across written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Proactively identifies and mitigates risks to safeguard delivery timelines and quality standards
