Are you passionate about social media, digital marketing, and spotting the latest trends? Misto is looking for a creative and driven talent to manage our Instagram and other social channels across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for managing FILA SEA’s Instagram and other social media channels. Key responsibilities include yearly social content planning, execution of content strategies, reviewing distributor content, collaborating with SEA KOLs and digital performance agencies and creating digital content to drive follower growth and engagement.

• Conduct market trend research using platforms like WGSN, websites, and social networking tools to stay current on industry trends

• Plan and create engaging apparel & footwear content for FILA SEA Instagram Stories
• Brainstorm creative ideas, digital content and execute giveaway contests to drive high engagement rates through FILA SEA SNS

• Oversee social media content rollout across FILA SEA Markets to ensure alignment with global guidelines
• To prepare the SEA Social media calendar & posting timeline direction from Global and FILA Korea with SEA Distributor for alignment.
• Communicate updates from FILA Global to the Malaysia distributor and other SEA market partners
• Support digital marketing activities including SEO & SEM, social media management, online advertising, and email campaigns.
• Develop a Digital Marketing Calendar that integrates with the IMC Plan and overall Marketing Calendar

• Coordinate with KOL agencies & Performance agencies to communicate about brand direction, campaign briefs and execute campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns within digital budget constraints
• Liaise with various internal teams to prepare PR Kits and products for KOL agency promotional campaigns
• Review and analyze campaign performance reports to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met
• Evaluate performance agency reports and justify campaign spending based on outcomes

• To do research trends and identify potential for new 3D production, digital, AI technology or creative agencies for the Entity brand digital assets

• Upload monthly social rollout content & digital assets for approval, ensuring adherence to FILA Global guidelines and branding standards

• Assist in planning and executing local launch projects to highlight key hero products.
• Support the development of ideation decks for IP licensing collaborations.
• Work with agencies on launch and IP licensing projects.
• Provide on-ground social media content coverage during launch events.

• To possess good communication skills, creativity, cultural sensitivity and understanding customer needs and preferences
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications/Public Relations or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills, creative and results-oriented.
• Familiar with the global sport brand is an advantage
• Experience in handling across SEA Market countries
• Excellence in command of English language, Bahasa, Mandarin would be great. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
