We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for all hiring in Southeast Asia (SEA). This role goes beyond filling positions, it is about shaping the SEA talent landscape, driving visibility with business leaders, and partnering with HR leaders to deliver both talent acquisition and employee engagement outcomes. The right person will combine operational strength in hiring with strategic execution, delivering superior candidate, and hiring manager experiences while embedding process rigor and innovative sourcing.
2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with SEA or multi‑country exposure.
Strong track record in campus, drives, and alternate sourcing strategies.
Prior experience in Sales, Tech, or Business Operations hiring is an advantage.
Proficiency with ATS/HRMS systems and comfort with TA analytics.
Ability to balance speed + quality + stakeholder experience.
Curiosity to learn, adopt new tools, and leverage automation.
Strong influencing skills, particularly in compensation negotiations.
Consultative stakeholder management with BU Heads and HR Partners.
High accountability — ability to operate independently as the SEA SPOC.
