We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Assistant Manager, HR Digitalization & Analytics to drive the transformation of our HR systems and practices. In this role, you will lead HR digitalization initiatives, support the implementation of a centralized HRIS, and develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across the business.
Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of a centralized Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including both new deployments and continuous improvements.
Map current HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
Review and align HR policies, procedures, and SOPs with system capabilities and best practices.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Drive user training and change management activities across departments.
Monitor system usage and ensure high standards of data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Develop and implement frameworks for HR analytics and reporting.
Design dashboards and visualize key HR metrics using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Analyze HR data to generate insights that support workforce planning, engagement, and performance strategies.
Provide timely reports and analytics to support both HR and business leadership.
Promote a data-driven culture within the HR function.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HRIS, HR digitalization, or HR analytics.
Solid understanding of HR operations and systems; experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle is a plus.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
