A leading machinery firm in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Responsibilities include designing components, troubleshooting, and collaborating on various technical tasks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Assist in designing mechanical components, creating 2D/3D drawings, preparing assembly instructions, and generating BOMs. Support troubleshooting and daily technical tasks under senior guidance. Collaborate on technical solutions, execute strategies, and provide interdepartmental support.
Electrical
Assist in designing electrical systems, creating diagrams, preparing assembly instructions, and generating BOMs. Support troubleshooting and daily technical tasks under senior guidance. Collaborate on technical solutions, execute strategies, and provide interdepartmental support.
Software
Assist in developing and testing control software (PLC). Support integration of software and hardware for machine automation. Participate in R&D projects (smart manufacturing). Prepare technical documents and reports.
Process
Support production process development, optimization, and documentation. Assist with new product integration, equipment troubleshooting, and LEAN-based process improvements. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams. Maintain technical documents and provide daily technical support under senior engineer guidance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields) with excellent academic performance and strong professional skills.
Internship or project experience in customer service, technical support, or equipment maintenance is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive learning attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to interact directly with customers.
Team-oriented, detail-minded, and able to follow established procedures.
Willing to take professional training in China for 6-12 months.
Aim to be promoted to Executive or Manager level within 1–2 years, with attractive salary increments based on performance.
