Job summary

A leading manufacturing company based in Johor, Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to develop recruitment strategies, manage onboarding processes, and oversee payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and significant experience in HR roles, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and a solid understanding of performance management is required. This role offers an opportunity to influence workforce planning and drive HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 in managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for office and production workers.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
