Job Description
- Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan for manpower requirements.
- Payroll
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using AutoCount HR & Payroll software.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Performance Management
- Lead the annual performance appraisal process to ensure timely and accurate evaluations.
- Support the creation of a KPI framework aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to management on effective performance evaluation methods.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Develop and maintain an employee handbook to ensure consistency and clarity in HR practices.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and adhered to across the company.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Promote a positive work environment focused on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Identify training and development needs, coordinating suitable programs to support employee growth.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to the full HR spectrum.
- Experience with AutoCount HR & Payroll software is required.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and other statutory regulations.
