Job summary

A local organization based in Malaysia is seeking an administrative professional to handle various duties including office maintenance, HR functions, and compliance activities. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handling administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month.
  • Managing day-to-day admin functions such as calls & documents handling.
  • Liaise with local authorities, service providers, suppliers, contractors, etc.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and administrative duties.
  • Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling.
  • Support and administer employee on-boarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools.
  • Handle foreign worker and hostel application and compliance activity to ensure sufficient workforce demand.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to handle and keep all information with strict confidentiality.
  • Maintain office ethics and confidentiality.
