A manufacturing company in Malaysia is looking for an HR Support Specialist to manage payroll processes and employee attendance. The successful candidate will handle the payroll components such as overtime and leaves, liaise with manpower agencies for invoicing, and ensure accurate attendance records. A Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration is required along with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of attendance systems is advantageous, with willingness to work in Telok Panglima Garang, Banting.
Familiar in the monthly payroll process by checking components such as overtime, annual leave, medical leave, attendance, and other related items.
Liaise with manpower agencies to verify monthly invoice details and ensure accuracy before processing.
Review daily attendance for any disciplinary issues or attendance irregularities.
Update attendance records (Unpaid Leave, Absences, etc.) in the Attendance System for all employee categories (production workers – local & foreign, and office staff).
Ensure all HR records and attendance logs are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in handling matters for foreign workers.
Perform any other ad‑hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
