- A Degree and preferably with HR certifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a related field and at least 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong organisation skills including managing workload and delivering a number of priorities with competing deadlines
- Possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Have an aptitude for problem solving and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge in data analytics, M365 applications e.g. Power Query/Power Automate, or using SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
