My client is a leading, renowned Malaysian Company within the Property Development sector.They have shaped the nation’s landscape through iconic townships and large-scale integrated developments. They are currently seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to act as a strategic architect for their human capital.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning:Align human capital requirements with the Group’s and project launch pipeline to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill sets across all development phases.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, industry-specific job boards, and professional networks to build a pipeline of "passive" talent in the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Department Heads to understand technical requirements for specialized roles (e.g., Quantity Surveyors, MEP Engineers, Urban Planners).
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our presence at industry events and career fairs to position us as an "Employer of Choice" in the property market.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry salary trends, competitor movements, and local talent availability.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, professional experience for all candidates, reflecting our brand’s commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience within Property Development, Construction, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • An existing network of contacts within the real estate or built environment sector is a significant plus.
