Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement training and development programs to upskill workforce.
  • Monitor workforce planning, attendance, and productivity metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices.
