A recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in related industries. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Strategic Workforce Planning: Align human capital requirements with the Group’s and project launch pipeline to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill sets across all development phases.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, industry-specific job boards, and professional networks to build a pipeline of "passive" talent in the real estate and construction sectors.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Department Heads to understand technical requirements for specialized roles (e.g., Quantity Surveyors, MEP Engineers, Urban Planners).
Employer Branding: Enhance our presence at industry events and career fairs to position us as an "Employer of Choice" in the property market.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry salary trends, competitor movements, and local talent availability.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, professional experience for all candidates, reflecting our brand’s commitment to quality and excellence.
