A prominent company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role involves preparing job descriptions, managing recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and have 3–5 years of experience at a managerial level. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of HR working experience (Manager / Supervisor level)
Experience in recruitment and preparing job descriptions is a must
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and handle confidential matters
Experience in construction / renovation / related industry is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented, good coordination skills, and able to handle confidential information

Mandarin is required for daily work communication; Malay or English also required for workplace communication; Trilingual (Mandarin + Malay + English) highly preferred.

Prepare, review, and update job descriptions and job requirements for various positions
Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings on recruitment platforms
Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with management
Handle onboarding process for new employees
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management
Provide HR advisory support to management
