Job summary

A manufacturing company in Klang is looking for an HR Manager to develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience managing foreign workers. Responsibilities include performance management, recruitment, and employee relations. The role operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and offers a salary range of RM 10,000 - RM 15,000.

We are representing our client, a well-established manufacturingcompany in Klang.As their expansion, they are currently hiringfor aHR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
People Governance & Compliance
  • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foreign worker regulations
  • Handle disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and terminations professionally
Performance & Accountability
  • Design and manage performance management processes
  • Identify underperformance early and drive corrective action
  • Coach line managers on handling people issues effectively
Manager Advisory Role
  • Act as a firm, independent advisor to management on people risks
  • Challenge decisions that create legal, cultural, or precedent risk
  • Provide clear, practical recommendations — not theory
Workforce & Organization Management
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
  • Handle employee relations issues before they escalate
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
  • Manage employee development program
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years HR experience in manufacturing or factory environment
  • Hands-on experience managing foreign workers
  • Exposure to disciplinary action, termination, and industrial relations

Working Hours & Days: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
