A leading company in HR management is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for handling sensitive employee data, onboarding, and offboarding, in addition to daily HR operations. Candidates must hold a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and possess 8 to 10 years of HR management experience, particularly in firms with over 60 employees. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employees’ data
Onboarding and offboarding
HR daily operation
Renewal of GPA, GHS Insurance & Life Insurance, arrange health screening
Training & Development (HRD Corp - apply Grant, Levy & Claim)
Employee Relations & Engagement -work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically
Issue internal memo, gazetted PH & etc
Handle general office administration, facilities and supplies
Ad hoc works as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
Min.8 to 10 years of experience in office administrator and HR management of Company more than 60 employee's capacity.
Must familiar with local country specific laws and regulations.
Proven responsibility ability to multitask.
Mature and Independent
