Job summary

A leading Malaysian company based in Tawau is seeking an experienced HR Manager to ensure compliance with regulations, manage payroll processing, and support recruitment efforts. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related fields along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in HR software. Local Sabahan candidates are preferred, and non-Sabahans must obtain a work permit.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledgeable in Employment Act 1955 and Sabah Labour Ordinance.
• Preferable local Sabahan or required work permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of salary and compensation practices.
• Administer payroll processing with accuracy.
