Job summary

Job description

Responsible for establishment, implementation and maintenance of global security standards across all AE sites. The role develops training materials, documentation, internal compliance assessments and supports external compliance requirements, including CTPAT and freight forwarder audits. The position safeguards uniform compliance and readiness across the global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development, implementation and maintenance of global security standards
  • Drive CTPAT and other external compliance requirements across operating regions
  • Conduct internal compliance assessments and support corrective actions with site leadership
  • Own security documentation, SOP framework and evidence tracking for all controls
  • Coordinate with Global Security, HR, Facilities and Operations during internal and external audits
  • Identify compliance gaps, prioritize risks and drive close out actions with clear accountability and timelines
  • Develop and maintain training materials and refresher programs for security compliance
  • Support and mentor site security teams to ensure continuous compliance discipline
  • Support onboarding of new service providers to ensure compliance requirements are embedded from day one
  • Standardize incident reporting and case management for compliance related investigations
  • Maintain compliance dashboards and executive reporting for leadership visibility
  • Monitor compliance requirements for new sites, expansions and layout changes
  • Benchmark internal security standards against industry best practices and recommend updates when needed

Reports to Global Security Director. Works closely with Site Security Managers, Facilities, HR and Operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in physical security, compliance, or audit discipline in a multinational environment
  • Hands‑on experience in developing procedures, checklists, and training materials
  • Experience in internal assessments, external audits, or CTPAT requirements is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret compliance gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Able to influence site leadership and cross‑functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
  • Structured, methodical and disciplined follow‑through
  • High attention to detail with strong root‑cause thinking
  • Professional maturity to challenge non‑compliance constructively
