Overview
Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with business and HR objectives to strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement.
Lead planning for diverse events, including large-scale town halls, executive engagements, and internal culture-building initiatives.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee and manage end-to-end event delivery—from concept development to logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure flawless execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage event production elements such as AV, staging, branding, and audience experience for in-person and hybrid formats.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders (executive leadership, HR) and external vendors, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate storytelling, recognition, and company values into employee engagement events.
Budget & Performance Analysis
- Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and deliver events within financial parameters to maximize ROI.
- Define success metrics, gather feedback, and conduct post‑event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in planning and managing a wide range of events, including large‑scale and high‑profile gatherings.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptable to changes, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual/hybrid event platforms.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and accessibility regulations for events.
