Boxgreen is on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and supply chain team within our rapidly growing business. In this position, you will work closely with the Co-Founders, utilizing your leadership and strategic expertise to drive the company's expansion into new markets. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership and a passion for operational excellence, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals for international growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end global supply chain to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and nurture a high-performing operations team to achieve our objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the procurement team to enhance operational synergy.
• Establish performance plans and KPIs to monitor progress and drive accountability.
• Partner directly with the founders to align on key initiatives and strategic direction.
• Work alongside other C-Suite leaders to ensure cohesive operational strategies across the organization.
• Manage the logistics of importing and exporting materials and goods, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the operations framework to support sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG, F&B, retail, or consumer goods.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in startup environments, with a proven ability to develop and implement processes is highly desirable.
