Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for regional business and operations support, including quotation review, contract coordination, order processing, and production tracking for key overseas customers. In addition, the position supports the daily operations of the office by coordinating finance reporting, asset and document management, and HR administration. Working closely with headquarters and external partners, this role ensures efficient business execution, accurate reporting, and compliance with local regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review quotations, confirm contract terms, track orders, and manage sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with headquarters to implement updated sales management policies and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of sales records.
  • Manage order coordination for key overseas customers, from order intake to placement, and track factory production progress.
  • Liaise with the local accounting firm to prepare, reconcile, and submit financial reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage daily office expenses and employee reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support headquarters finance in local tax filings and audit-related matters.
  • Establish and maintain fixed asset and consumables registers for the office, including regular inventory checks.
  • Manage the full life-cycle of office assets.
  • Establish and maintain electronic and paper document archives.
  • Assist with HR and administrative coordination for the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Automation, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
  • Minimum of 3 years of international order management experience in the equipment manufacturing industry, with familiarity in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
