Job summary
A food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR or Admin and between 2 to 4 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include updating payroll inputs, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with Malaysia's employment laws. This is a full-time position with competitive salary ranging from RM 3,400 to RM 4,500.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
- Understanding of Malaysia Labour Law is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment by posting jobs and screening candidates.
- Update attendance and prepare payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee files.

Job Purpose: To manage hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR compliance.
Position: HR Executive (Full-time)
Location: Taman Perindustrian OUG, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Recruitment: Post jobs on Jobstreet/LinkedIn.
- Recruitment: Screen resumes, call candidates, arrange interviews.
- Recruitment: Prepare offer letters & contracts.
- HR Operations: Update attendance, leaves, OT, MC.
- HR Operations: Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance/allowance/overtime).
- HR Operations: Ensure EPF/SOCSO/EIS compliance.
- HR Operations: Maintain all employee files (digital + physical).
- HR Operations: Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, termination, etc.).
- HR Operations: Handle vaccination and foreign labour agent.
- Employee Handling: Answer staff enquiries on leave/benefits.
- Employee Handling: Support onboarding & staff engagement.
- Employee Handling: Handle all other HR related matters.
- Diploma/Degree in HR/Admin
- 2–4 years HR experience
- Understanding of Malaysia Labour Law
- Good communication & confidentiality
