- Manage payroll processes and related administrative tasks
- Act as the initial point of contact for recruitment and candidate management
- Plan and conduct onboarding and induction training for new hires
- Support the creation and operation of salary increase and bonus frameworks (in collaboration with existing team members)
- Develop, maintain, and improve HR operational frameworks
- Assist in compliance and audit-related documentation and responses
- Resolve HR-related issues through coordination with stakeholders
- Operate from a neutral and fair standpoint in internal matters
- Provide general HR support across multiple functions as needed
