Job description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin & HR Executive to support daily operations across administration, HR, accounts, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • 2. Purchasing
    • Source and purchase materials and supplies
    • Liaise with suppliers for quotations and orders
  • 3. Accounts Support
    • Prepare online banking payments
    • Basic accounting entry (SQL Accounting)
    • Assist with bank reconciliation, submission of e-Invoice and SST
    • Liaise with external accountant
  • 4. General Administration
    • Manage company fleet usage tracking, road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM
    • Monitor monthly utilities and bills
    • Handle domain, email, website, cloud, licenses renewal
  • 5. Ad-hoc Tasks
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management
