Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Administer payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
    准确及时地处理薪资,确保符合政府法定要求(EPF、公积金、SOCSO、EIS、PCB)。
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
    维护并更新员工档案、合同及人力资源相关文件。
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
    与用人部门合作,协调并进行面试。
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
    协助绩效考核及员工评估流程。
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations.

  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.

Requirements / 任职要求
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR functions.

  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
