The Executive, HR is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of Group IT Support, Staff Benefits Administration, Group Safety Compliance and organising any HR events. The candidate may also be involved in various HR functional areas such as departmental development, implementations of new HRIS, employee relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Manage company facilities including the application and maintenance of phone lines, petrol cards, and the company contact list.
- Coordinate the onboarding process by preparing access cards, staff badges, and license plate registration for new hires.
- Process monthly HR‑related invoices, issue purchase requisitions, and track departmental expenses.
- Handle general inquiries and distribute official company announcements to the Group.
- Administer employee medical benefits and insurance renewals, including verifying Medical Certificates (MCs) and processing claims.
- Manage the Mednefits and MiCare portals by registering new staff and updating employee data.
- Serve as the key contact point for employees regarding insurance coverage and benefits inquiries.
IT Coordination
- Manage IT assets by coordinating the purchasing of computers and documenting equipment inventory.
- Create email accounts for new employees and ensure the timely deactivation of accounts for resigned staff.
Safety Compliance
- Support the safety committee by organising meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining the registry of Occupational Safety Coordinators.
Other responsibilities
- Ad hoc task assigns by your superior.
- Identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
- Deliver result within the value system of EITA.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources Management / Business, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of working experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Words, Outlook).
- Possess own vehicle and is willing to work at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
- Good verbal and communication skills, attention to details and interpersonal skills.
