Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in recruitment and HR.
• At least 1 year’s experience in payroll; familiar with Iflexi system is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Focus on recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and stay updated on labor laws.
• Handle employee communications and support HR matters.
• Check attendance and prepare payroll data.
