Qualifications

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Prepare payroll data, OT, claims, and attendance for timely processing.
  • Conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
  • Maintain HR documentation, letters, personnel files, and ISO-related records.
  • Coordinate and monitor training needs for HQ, boutique, and production teams.
  • Coordinate KPI tracking, probation reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Ensure all HR policies and processes are consistently followed across the organization.

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and support the company’s continuous growth while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Job Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment & Staffing
    • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
    • Source talents for HQ, boutique, and production roles.
    • Prepare and update Job Descriptions and coordinate with all HODs.
  • 2. Compensation & Benefits
    • Prepare payroll data, OT, claims, and attendance for timely processing.
    • Ensure compliance with minimum wage, OT calculations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF.
    • Manage leave records, attendance, and staff allowances.
  • 3. Employee Relations
    • Conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
    • Prepare warning letters, memos, show‑cause letters, NOD, and termination documents.
    • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace issues.
  • 4. HR Administration
    • Maintain HR documentation, letters, personnel files, and ISO‑related records.
    • Draft policies, SOPs, memos, and HR forms for smooth internal operations.
    • Manage employment contracts, renewals, and temporary agreements.
  • 5. Training & Development
    • Coordinate and monitor training needs for HQ, boutique, and production teams.
    • Plan basic training modules and competency development programs.
  • 6. Performance Management
    • Coordinate KPI tracking, probation reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
    • Provide recommendations for improvement based on performance insights.
  • 7. HR Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure all HR policies and processes are consistently followed across the organization.
    • Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience handling full‑spectrum HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and current HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; firm, fair, and collaborative.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Experience in retail or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
