We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team.

1. Accounts Receivable

• Prepare invoices and monitor collections from customers.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

• Assist in preparing purchase orders.
• Monitor invoices and credit notes from vendors, perform matching and reconciliation.
• Monitor credit terms by vendors and prepare payments on a timely basis.
• Process payments, update accounting records, and ensure accuracy of payments and invoice amounts.

• Perform basic office tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
• Support the monthly financial closing process.
• Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

• Diploma in Accountancy from reputable institutions.
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs (Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay motivated.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
