The Head of Supply Chain will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions for semiconductor and high-tech clients within a 3PL environment. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling highly reliable, compliant, and resilient logistics and supply chain operations that meet the stringent requirements of the semiconductor industry, including time sensitivity, traceability, quality control, and risk management.
The role will act as a strategic partner to key semiconductor customers while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and value-added services.
Strategic Leadership & Supply Chain Design
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies tailored for semiconductor clients within a 3PL framework.
- Design end-to-end logistics solutions covering inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and distribution.
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including network optimization and capacity planning.
- Support business development by co-creating solutions for new semiconductor and high-tech clients.
Operations & Execution Excellence
- Oversee daily supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
- Ensure strict adherence to semiconductor handling standards (ESD control, cleanroom processes, traceability).
- Drive service-level performance (OTIF, cycle time, yield, inventory accuracy).
- Establish SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks across regional operations.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for key semiconductor customers.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with fabs, OSATs, OEMs, and EMS partners.
- Lead QBRs, operational reviews, and continuous improvement programs with customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (ISO, EHS, trade compliance, security).
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including disruptions, capacity constraints, and geopolitical exposure.
- Lead business continuity and contingency planning for critical semiconductor supply chains.
- Drive adoption of supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, ERP, track & trace, control towers).
- Leverage data analytics for forecasting, inventory optimization, and performance management.
- Champion automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives where applicable.
- Own supply chain P&L elements including cost management, productivity, and margin improvement.
- Develop pricing models and cost-to-serve frameworks for semiconductor logistics solutions.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction without compromising quality.
People & Organizational Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing supply chain and operations teams.
- Establish succession, talent development, and capability-building programs.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of supply chain experience, with significant exposure to the semiconductor industry.
- Proven leadership experience within a 3PL, contract logistics, or complex manufacturing supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains (fab, OSAT, EMS, OEM, high‑mix/low‑volume).
Technical & Industry Expertise
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor handling requirements (ESD, cleanroom logistics, traceability).
- Experience managing regional or global supply chain networks.
- Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Familiarity with compliance, trade regulations, and security standards in high‑tech logistics.
