We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and IT, to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, cost savings, and better customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimize supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements
- Identify cost savings opportunities within the supply chain
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track supply chain performance
- Monitor supply chain performance and report on key metrics
- Develop and maintain documentation on supply chain processes and procedures
- Assist in the design and implementation of supply chain systems and tools
- Conduct training sessions for supply chain team members on new processes and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems and tools
