Position 1: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager/Sr Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials, information, and finished goods across the supply chain while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance. A critical part of the role is managing logistics operations covering inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and local distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams to support business growth, improve supply chain resilience, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP) to balance supply with customer demand.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure supply continuity.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, parts, and services required for production.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key suppliers.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to balance material availability with cost efficiency. Implement inventory optimization techniques (e.g., safety stock, reorder points, cycle counting). Ensure proper warehouse operations, storage standards, and material handling.
- Logistics & Distribution: Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including import/export, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. Oversee transportation, distribution, and last‑mile delivery to customers and production sites. Optimize logistics networks to reduce cost while maintaining service reliability.
- Production Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with Production to develop accurate demand and production forecasts. Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production schedules. Monitor production progress and adjust supply plans to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Cost Management & Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain costs and implement initiatives to reduce waste, lead times, and inefficiencies. Introduce digital tools, automation, or lean practices to streamline supply chain processes. Benchmark and adopt best practices to strengthen competitiveness. Lead, coach, and develop supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams. Build a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct training programs to enhance staff skills in supply chain and logistics management.
- Compliance, Safety & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all supply chain activities. Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions, contracts, and logistics documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain KPIs, including cost, delivery, and supplier performance.
2) Supply Chain Assistant Manager

3) Logistics Assistant Manager
