Job summary
A growing business in Kuala Lumpur is offering a Shipping Trainee Program for 2025. This position is ideal for motivated students to gain real-world experience. Responsibilities include managing export shipping documentation and liaising with global forwarders. Fresh graduates are welcome, training is provided, and candidates should have a CGPA of 3.0 and above. This role is located in Bangsar South, KL.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree in any field.
- CGPA of 3.0 and above (please indicate in CV).
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed (Training provided).
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of Export shipping documentation.
- Liaise with forwarders/carriers globally for shipment/delivery updates.
- Manage daily shipping transactions for Trading Companies.

- Support ad hoc duties as required by Shipping Team Lead/Manager
- Currently pursuing or holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduate are welcomed (Training provided)
- CGPA of 3.0 and above (please indicate in CV)
- Willing to work in Bangsar South, KL
