Job summary
A construction company in Penang is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate must hold a competent certificate and possesses knowledge of safety regulations and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, training employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This position requires occasional travel.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years working experience in the construction field.
- Possess competent certificate as Site Safety Supervisor.
- Can read, speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Check and control daily operations for compliance with safety regulations.
- Anticipate and eliminate unsafe conditions on site.
- Conduct weekly safety inspections and compliance checks.
