Safety Supervisor à Malaisie

As a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our construction site team in Penang. Reporting to the project management, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. This full‑time position is an excellent opportunity for safety‑focused professionals to contribute to the success of our Peninsular HoHup Sdn Bhd projects.

Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards

Implementing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and best practices on the construction site

Providing safety training and supervision to workers to promote a culture of safety awareness

Investigating and documenting incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions

Collaborating with project managers and team members to integrate safety into all aspects of the construction process

Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on safety performance metrics

Valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) by DOSH/JKKP

Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the construction sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with workers, project managers, and external stakeholders

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to address safety‑related issues

Proficiency in using safety management software and tools
