Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market presence within the Melaka region. This role involves managing dealer and retailer networks, promoting home appliance products, and providing exceptional customer service to strengthen brand loyalty and ensure business growth.

1. Sales Development & Target Achievement
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Promote and sell home appliance products through effective customer engagement and negotiation.
2. Dealer & Retailer Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to monitor sales performance, stock levels, and display compliance.
  • Support dealers with marketing materials, sales programs, and promotional activities.
3. Market Analysis & Business Planning
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning to align with company sales objectives.
4. Sales Operations & Administration
  • Manage sales orders, payment collections, and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports and documentation.
  • Follow up on payment schedules and resolve customer or dealer issues promptly.
5. Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Stay updated with product features, specifications, and new launches.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for dealers or end users.
  • Support marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
6. Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently to build brand trust and loyalty.
