Job Overview:
The Senior Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily business operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow across departments. This role involves managing logistics, monitoring project timelines, optimizing processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business execution.
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance; identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with sales, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
- Prepare and review reports, performance data, and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead and guide junior operation staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Handle escalated operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners for smooth execution of projects or orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in the interior furnishing or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with ERP systems.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
