Service Leader / Executive - Learning & Development

Shangri-La Golden Sands is a 4‑star hotel catering to families with child‑friendly facilities. We are looking for an energetic, vibrant and multi‑skilled individual who can meet the ever‑changing challenges and contribute to the success of the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all training activities and training records.
  • Publish a monthly calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance through clear communication to and liaison with Head of Department on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all requests for training by employees are responded to in a timely manner and follow‑up is conducted where appropriate.
  • Ability to create a learning environment and assist all other HR related activities and programs.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
  • Certified in Train the Trainer or relevant courses.
  • Fluency in English (any local language also required).
  • Detail‑oriented, creative, and capable of driving and leading change.
  • Good interpersonal skills and people‑management skills.
  • Experience conducting training and audit checks.
  • Adaptable and responsive in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
