This full‑time position, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is responsible for driving the strategic development and optimisation of Continental's product portfolio and pricing models.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing and product strategies
- Developing and implementing effective pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and line extensions
- Monitoring product performance and making recommendations for adjustments to pricing, product features, or positioning
- Providing strategic guidance and support to the and marketing teams on pricing and product‑related matters
- Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Continental’s products and pricing remain aligned with market demands
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pricing, product management, or related role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies and product roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed decision‑making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to support pricing and product decisions
- A customer‑centric mindset and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product and pricing initiatives
