Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative collaboration and support department manager, engineer, executive for facilities maintenance.
- Technical support on information sourcing and assembling of project, asset and spare parts details.
- File arrangement for Facilities Maintenance department including technical and commercial documentation in softcopy through online storage system, and file arrange on shelf,
Ensure ease of access to information when required.
- Coordinate with internal team and other departments, ensure efficient workflow and communication facilitation.
- To perform creation, submission, completion of maintenance items and services purchase using appointed software.
- To create, record, monitoring, analysis, summarised the maintenance expenses, required details for future tracking purpose.
- Collaborate team for SOP, Work Instruction, Form and Checklist creation, submission, approval, document control and distribution progress.
- Task submission to be align and meet the due date discussed and agreed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Administration or equivalent education level.
- 2 to 3 years working in related filed.
- Willing to learn and work with technical and technology system.
- Computer literature on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Willing to learn and perform on new task assigned.
- With process technical background and good awareness in safety and willing to improve with our safety requirements will be add advantages.
