Our client is a local aluminium extrusion company, the organization has grown over the past three decades into a globally integrated aluminium producer. It now boasts the largest presence in Southeast Asia, providing a wide range of aluminium products that cater to various industries worldwide.
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into the company’s software system.
- Ensure all accounting entries are in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and resolve any errors in the financial data.
- Collaborate with the finance team on tasks related to accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to data protection policies.
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Cert in Accounting / Finance
- 1 - 2 years experience in accounting or finance role
- Fresh grads can be considered
- Basic understanding of accounting / finance figure understanding
- Data entry involving finance related tasks
