Job summary
A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Quantity Surveyor skilled in infrastructure and data center projects. This site-based role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, focusing on cost control, measurements, and contract administration. Responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs, assisting with claims, and verifying work completion. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.
- Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
- Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
- Support procurement and subcontractor pricing.
- Verify site measurements and work completion.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Education
Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)
Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects. Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration in a fast-paced site environment.

- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.
- Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on site.
