A leading international brand activation company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and risks. This role involves developing project estimates, overseeing procurement, and providing expert contract administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of quantity surveying experience, especially in interior fit-out, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, communication, and pressure handling skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Measurement and quantification using both manual and software methods;
Develop and manage comprehensive project estimates, budgets, and cost‑to‑complete forecasts;
Review and analyse tender/project specifications and requirements to implement value engineering solutions for better project value and financial return;
Assist in preparation of tender submission;
Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks at tender stage and during whole project cycle;
Lead the procurement process, including request for quotations, evaluation, negotiation, and subcontract award;
Provide expert administration of contracts, preferably with experience in the FIDIC. PAM, SIA, PSSCOC conditions of contract;
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize interim payments, variations, and final accounts;
Manage the full lifecycle of contractual claims, including extensions of time (EOT) and loss and expense;
Degree in Quantity Surveying. At least 5 years' of quantity surveying experience, with experience in interior fit‑out.
Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and good internet communication skills;
Able to meet tight deadlines and work under high pressure
