Articulate Value Propositions: Develop clear and persuasive proposal content that highlights our strengths and meets client needs.

Manage Proposals: Lead the coordination of proposal submissions, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and client servicing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Lead Storyboarding: Guide sessions to develop compelling narratives for proposals.

Network Experts: Build and maintain a network of subject matter experts to enhance proposal quality.

Edit and Refine: Review and improve proposal content from various stakeholders.

Use Automation Tools: Leverage software to streamline proposal writing and editing.

Communicate Effectively: Engage with senior management and clients to influence and advocate for our proposals.

Organize and Prioritize: Manage multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently.

Experience Required: At least 3 years in proposal writing or project management, with a proven track record in crafting winning proposals.

Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Time Management: Excellent skills in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in Chinese being an advantage for clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative in escalating issues as needed.
