A leading IT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance client engagement and drive project success. The role requires initiating communication with clients, conducting thorough research to propose tailored solutions, and actively participating in technical discussions. Additional responsibilities include preparing pitching materials and collaborating with internal teams and technology partners to ensure project success. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant experience in business development.
Initiate communication with clients as per inquiries in Rafftech's Websites.
Research and study client's need to have better engagement and solving clients.
Understand the internal process flow of project (pitch, documents, development, go-live)
Prepare visual aids during pitching (eg, slides, pricing deck) to visualize company's products and services to client.
Communicate effectively to convey the benefit of company's solutions to client.
Additional points in controlling audiences throughout the pitching session. Use creativity to attract audience's attention.
Propose the best solutions to client based on high level overview of client's requirements and process flow (if any).
Participate in technical discussion, User Requirement & Specification (URS) and any discussion during the project implementation to supervise the progress and propose as required.
Liaise with technology partners to understand their business model and collaborate with them to improve company's solutions and services.
Prepare visual aids during pitching (eg. slide, pricing deck to visualize company's products to services to clients.
Benchmark our solutions with competitor (eg. pricing, package and solutions) to further improve company's business model.
Study the regulations or acts to understand better on digital signature overall.
Communicate with internal technical team, partners and client to overview the project progress.
Work closely with PMO to monitor the project progress in the timely manner.
Communicate with client after the project go-live to get feedback on their experience with company’s solutions.
Attend and discuss any comments with client to get the best solution on any issues or comments.
Align and solve with internal technical team to provide answers to any comments and feedbacks from client.
Establish good connection for any possibility future projects with client or new leads recommendation from client.
Initiate communication with tender committee on the new tender ads to alert each committee members.
Setup meeting with tender committee to understand the tender requirements and assign the task accordingly.
Coordinate with tender committee on the submission details or requirements to be met in the tender.
Communicate with any suitable technology partners (together with technical team) on the possibilities to collaborate for the particular tender.
Gather all documents or details from each committee members and prepare for submission.
Follow up on the cold case / leads to engage and close the deal.
