JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Sales Executive/Executive to set and achieve sales goals. This role involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key part in meeting and surpassing business expectations while contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Provide regular market updates, monthly sales forecasts, and maintain a strong project pipeline.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and address their requirements and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Deliver impactful presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure product availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling objections or complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements or new products.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in a similar product line is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Experience in sales, marketing and business development is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
