We are seeking a motivated Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager to support and oversee operations at our plant in Ivory Coast, West Africa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving cost-effective practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all production functions to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are produced at minimal cost.
• Supervise daily production activities and ensure all operational duties are carried out effectively.
• Monitor and manage production yield, reporting, output, and product quality performance.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in a related field.
• Knowledge of the food industry, including HACCP and Food Safety Quality Systems.
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Must be willing to travel and be based full-time at our new plant in Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire), West Africa.
