Job Descriptions

To assist the Manager/Senior Manager in ensuring the marketing team achieves the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by management.

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspects to ensure increased sales revenue.

To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.

To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.

Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.

To assist and support sales launches, attend to walk-in customers, and handle all forms of sales inquiries via email, phone calls, letters, etc.

To supervise and lead the department in carrying out product campaigns and provide feedback on products and campaigns.

Work with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.

To set targets and KPIs for marketing teams.

To monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.

Responsible for creating and managing marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.

To prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities.

Qualifications/Skills:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or diploma related to Marketing or any field (those without formal qualifications but with more than 7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record are encouraged to apply).

Proven experience in marketing within the property development and real estate industry.

Ability to work closely with sales teams to drive marketing efforts that result in property sales.

Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms.

Experience in event planning and offline marketing activities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.

Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging and collaboration.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on a rotation basis; willing to perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned (to be compensated accordingly).

Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
