Responsibilities include maintaining guest room cleanliness, requiring previous cleaning experience and good communication skills with guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior hotel experience in Housekeeping
• Good working knowledge of English; proficiency in the local language may be required
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to drive revenue and commitment to hotel growth
• Pleasant personality
• Ability to prepare daily and weekly work schedules aligned with business needs and KPIs
• Experience in cleaning and training housekeeping staff, including handling laundry and room cleaning equipment
• Conducting checks on rooms, public areas, and facilities
• Coordinating with Engineering and Contractors on maintenance and service work
• Ensuring cleanliness of meeting rooms and toilets before events
• Planning and scheduling periodic maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Managing 'Lost and Found' items according to policies
