Job description

Get ready to take charge of a dynamic HR landscape at our Enstek plant! In this role, you’ll drive the full spectrum of workplace excellence - from leading thorough misconduct investigations and issuing impactful disciplinary actions to maintaining airtight records and ensuring seamless uniform provisioning. You’ll champion compliance through regular supply-chain and contract-vendor audits, steer service-level reviews and renewals, and safeguard our policies with centralized document management. Plus, you’ll fuel peak performance by coordinating targeted training on performance management - all while keeping our teams inspired, informed, and operating at their best.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Responsible for the administration of all matters associated with industrial relations and employee relations management
  2. Perform preliminary investigation on employee misconduct/disciplinary issues and initiate appropriate disciplinary actions as per company policy
  3. Maintain employee disciplinary records diligently (filing, recording, tracking, and safekeeping via appropriate storage)

We’re Looking for Someone With

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years' HR-related experience, preferably with good experience in HR compliance, industrial relations, and employee relations
  2. Great team player, collaborating with team and colleagues and ready to help others
  3. University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or relevant recognized certification
  4. Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
