- Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, visits, and referrals.
- Promote relevant products (e.g., excavators, loaders & forklifts).
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Offer after‑sales support and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product specifications, features, and updates.
- Monitor market activity and competitor products to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with principals and internal teams for product promotions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy/light machinery or industrial equipment.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, coordination, and delivery.
- Liaise with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in sales meetings.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
- Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery products and applications is added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about machinery or automotive sales.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office); knowledge of ERP/CRM is an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.
