Job Description
  • To sell and present HQTS services, including Inspection, Product Testing, Assessment, Audit, Certification, Supply Chain Assurance, Sustainability Assurance, and Training (ISO & regulatory training, industry-based training, and subject-area training) to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
  • Identify or discover new clients.
  • Engage potential clients through sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage business proposals and client interactions.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and contract conversions; provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in process improvement, handle client feedback, and support overall team objectives.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are followed up and closed successfully to achieve monthly sales target/KPI set.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar background/industry (Consumer Goods).
  • Experienced sales record proven.
  • Excellent telephone manner including proven communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Proven team player and ability to work with little supervision.
