A leading international bank is seeking a Client Engagement Executive in Puchong, Selangor. This role focuses on identifying prospects, executing acquisition events, and achieving sales targets for retail banking products. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers competitive medical coverage, attractive commissions, and growth opportunities within a diverse environment. Immediate right to work in Malaysia is preferred.

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team in the role of Client Engagement Executive working together with colleagues to display HSBC Values and achieve Vision to become the world’s leading international Bank.
The job holder will focus on identifying prospects, executing acquisition activities such as roadshow or events, and ensuring quality on-boarding to achieve individual and team sales target. The job holder also required to cross-sell retail banking products such as credit cards, borrowing and Mortgage referrals.
Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retail business in line with IWPB strategic direction.
Support and engage in roadshow or events including approach prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result.
Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
To champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience.
Provide quality after sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships.
