About the Job

This is a client-facing sales role focusing on business development within the Johor market. You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint by building and maintaining strong relationships with interior designers, renovation contractors, and carpenters. The position is ideal for someone passionate about design materials and eager to grow with a fast-expanding brand in the interior solutions space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development within the Johor (Southern) market
  • Promote and present premium sintered stone products to B2B clients
  • Identify and engage interior designers, renovation contractors, and related professionals
  • Prepare quotations, manage client portfolios, and follow through on project requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Participate in training sessions and product updates to enhance technical knowledge
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior design, or renovation sectors
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales activities
  • Familiarity with countertop materials or interior surfaces is an advantage
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel across the Johor region
