Sales Manager
Job summary
A leading distribution company in Kajang, Selangor is seeking a Sales Manager with at least 4 years of experience in retail sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, along with a strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, and developing effective sales strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer product distribution.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts while seeking new business opportunities.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to implement effective sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Skills
Education
Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution of consumer products.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, market analysis, and retail sales is essential.
Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the retail, B2B, and corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and experience working with renowned retailers is highly desirable.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
