What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
  • Build & grow dealers: Recruit and onboard workshops/retailers into LMEM’s reseller network
  • Hit results that matter: Guide each dealer to earn at least RM5,000+/month with smart product mix
  • Train & support: Run mini product demos (oil, filters, wipers, batteries) that sell the benefits
  • Create pull: Share ready-made content + collect testimonials → social proof that drives repeat sales
  • Stay close: Weekly WhatsApp touchpoints + monthly visits = loyal, consistent dealers
Who We're Looking For
  • School leavers or fresh graduates
  • Explorer / Warrior: energetic, persuasive, target-driven, loves meeting people
  • A doer who enjoys the road, workshops, and real-world selling (not just spreadsheets)
  • Great attitude, strong follow-through, and a learner’s mindset
  • Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM, Social posting)
  • Possess transport (for dealer visits)
  • Speaks Bahasa Melayu / English (Mandarin is a plus)
KPI Snapshot (so you know the game)
  • 5–8 new dealers/month onboarded (until we hit 100 active)
  • 80% of assigned dealers achieve ≥ RM5,000 sell-out monthly
  • 5 daily quality touchpoints (calls/visits/demos) logged in CRM
  • 2 product demos/month per advisor; weekly pipeline updates
